I suffered the loss of both my parents as a child, so I understand the pain and trauma that families experience. I struggled alone and in silence; I don’t want this to be your story. 

I’ve dedicated my life to helping thousands of families cope with grief. I worked as a psychotherapist for bereaved children and young people for over 25 years. 

I founded Grief Encounter, one of the UK’s leading bereavement charities, and became an expert in traumatic grief. 

This experience has given me the knowledge and expertise to connect you with the support that’s right for you. This could be one-to-one counselling, for example, group sessions, or a workshop.
