The ‘After Mum Workshop’ was a powerful collaboration between Motherless Daughters and The Grief Doctor, featuring Hope Edelman, author of Motherless Daughters. This one-day workshop was designed to support women who experienced the loss of their mother before the age of 21, providing a safe space to navigate the complex journey of grief.

As part of the event, I led a session on the ‘Conspiracy of Silence and the Dance of Complicity,’ exploring how unspoken grief within families can profoundly shape our emotional landscapes. We delved into how silence around loss often speaks louder than words and impacts the grieving process.
