This guide was created for teens facing the loss of a loved one, offering a safe and supportive space to explore grief, emotions and the challenges that come with bereavement.
It recognises that grief during adolescence can feel particularly complex, with young people often navigating intense feelings while also managing school, friendships and identity.
Through clear, accessible guidance, the Teen Guide helps young people to:
